Terms & Conditions
1. Every auction will have a buyers premium added to the hammer price. A state sales tax will be added if the sale pertains.
2. Pre-owned items might show signs of wear do to age. Everything is sold AS IS WHERE IS.
3. There is no in-house shipping. We will not ship furniture or large items. This term might not apply when using On-Line auction.
4. No returns or exchanges after an item is sold.
5. You must preview all rugs in person in order for us to execute all left bids or phone bidding.
6.You must give your Name, Address, Phone number and have a valid ID to register at all auctions.
7. We except all major Credit Cards, Cash, Personal Checks, Business Checks
8. All Auctions will have a preview of the items before they are sold.
